Free food and in my unit you have quite a few moments doing nothing.

Cons

The head chef is a very difficult person. The manager doesn’t have an active voice and you most learn watching them, they will not teach you

Relatively good pay. Good benefits.

Cons

Clear incentive/agenda to mandate full return to office (Technology to track location, office presence, etc). Lots of bureaucracy and politics to deal with. You'll be in meetings a lot to hear things that won't be relevant or actionable to you. Leadership loves (all-hands) mobilizing teams in meetings to track engagement. Temperamentally inconsistent leaders that sometimes hinder the autonomy and agency of their reports.
