      Pros

      I can't remember any benefit at working at Compass. Maybe the only thing was the fact I was finishing early in the afternoon.

      Cons

      I had a couple of incidents whit Local Staff a bit bully. Wage was very poor, lack of organisation, lack of knowledge. Poor food culture.

      I have tried to think of one but I can't think of any sorry.

      Cons

      The way things are run are terrible if you have any problems (mine being short pay of 62 hours) you call helplines and all you are told is 'This is a managers line only' then the phone is put down on you. You approach manager nothing is done so you call helpline 'This is a managers line only' then the phone is put down on you. This is repeated over and over again. I handed my notice in promised pay would be sorted and guess what.......nothing. No one cares.
