Pros

Free food and a pay check.

Cons

Easily the worst Human Resources position I ever had. There is zero structure in onboarding. The leadership team within the account and client is incompetent and hostile and makes poor judgment almost daily. The onsite union will run you into the ground and be given way too much authority. This position is truly the definition of a thankless job.

— Once you become known and reliable you can have regular shifts. — Is good to do shifts around here and there get extra money.

Cons

—As any other agency jobs, they might change the rules at each venue as they please. Let’s say X venue offer hot food to employees but then, suddenly, they decide X venue would stop will stop offering food. — As any other agency job, they mostly care about customers and not the employees, — Some managers don’t know how to properly treat employees
