Pros

I love to care for people.

Cons

0% sick pay. This is inhumane. What kind of people would allow this to happen in a modern world. I was not told this in my interview and i was not told that there were no oppertunities for promotion. I feel cheated and betraid.

Having the ability to work early hours. The facility is well kept. There are a decent amount of various benefits offered.

Cons

Ineffective training for employees and managers alike. People skills as well as knife safety skills should be paramount to the leaders' priorities.

large company with operations all over the world

-- Headquarters is not interested in getting rid of toxic work environment and are satisfied with the status quo. - Top management have no problem protecting abusive, unprofessional and lazy managers even though there is clear proof of misconduct, high turnover rate and low employee morale.
