      Worst Company to work for! Very unorganized, management is terrible! Dont pay their employees on time.

      Unorganized, dont pay their employees at all I have still not been paid and have been working their for three weeks now, Management very in experienced and unprofessional. Very unorganized place to work, they never give enough food for the residents at meal times which makes the job even more harder! Too many tasks to do in such a short time. Very horrible place to work! They overwork you and don't pay you properly, I would not recommend working for them to anyone who is considering it.

      Pros

      This company has a diverse number of jobs, accounts, clients, locations and opportunities. You can find many different and challenging roles. There is SO much opportunity for growth, you just have to be willing to try hard to find the right path!

      Cons

      Some contracts/clients are better to work for than others, each has their challenges. Upper management can really make or break your experience, and the only way to give feedback or get change is sometimes to move to a different department or unit or sector.

      Pay was decent, some of the co workers were down to earth and fun to work with, morning schedule was great .

      Cons

      Way too much work, too much favoritism going on , rude management, nobody communicates if your not friends.
