Pros

There were no pros to this job other than it was part time so I wasn't annoyed for as long as I could have been.

Cons

Coworkers who didn't do their share of the work, managers and supervisors who didn't seem to know or care that people were clocking into work but then disappearing for HALF their shift, being left with only one other person to do a four person job

Pros

If you like food service and the food industry, you get a lot of business skills from working with managers on hiring/training/inventory/financials

Cons

They think they know what is best for you and will hold you back on positions that you're well suited for. I was swayed multiple times towards positions I was not interested in, and turned down when I applied for promotions that I was qualified for and wanted to do, only to see other people get hired from outside who ended up being less competent and only lasted a few months.

Hourly staff are usually great to work with. Benefits are adequate . Hours are reasonable if you organise your own day

Cons

To many to list right now. Stay tuned. I have a ton of stuff to write here. Terminated after 20 years of dedicated service and loyalty
