Wage theft - No overtime and no weekend penalties, dedcuted superannuation pay.

Good orientation and induction process for the newbies.

Wage theft! Despite working a full-time schedule, there are no penalties for working on the weekends or during the holidays, and most importantly, your superannuation only covers two-thirds of your overall working hours. Additionally, some of the days the personnel have worked will be automatically subtracted due to the outdated payroll system in use. The payroll department would believe that they had paid the employee the correct amount of compensation if the employee had not brought up the problem, even though they were aware of it and had been silent until the employee raised it. It was a complete disaster working with Compass Group.

Very disorganized not enough help stretch out your hours over a 6-day work week to not even receive a 40 hour week management bordered on abusive gave a two week notice and was dismissed at that moment after 7 years of service
