Pros

- Some good people - Great focus on development opportunities

Cons

- Very antiquated towards social networks - No personal music allowed in an open office environment? (How did I keep my sanity?!) - Too many objectives - Unwillingness to change some processes due to ties to UK - Corporate staff hardly get acknowledged (as opposed to front-line staff)

Pros

They are keen in developing people and provide adequate training to ensure growth within the organisation. Fine dining units are a great place to work.

Cons

Job can be demanding at times but are doable. Management is usually good but a personal effort to push forward is also required in order to grow. Knowledge of training path is essential for employees, as unit managers may get too comfortable and stagnate employees.
