Pros
Strong portfolio of services. Market leader and well known name. Strong training program for sales executives. Nice benefit package. Profit motivated which leads to creative ways to make deals work.
Cons
Very political. Not open to new ideas or perspective. The "Compass Way" is the only way. On the sales commission side, the rules for getting paid changed throughout the year. You never were completely sure of how much, when or if you would get paid.
