Monday through Friday ideally. Allowed to run account without micromanagement.

Cons

Long days, tight labor costs. Average raises for hourly staff. No bonus.

The staff and customers are nice.

Cons

You will work many hours past your time but will not be paid for it. I had the afternoon student quit on us and I volunteered to cover his 3 hour shift after mine was done for 2 weeks. I was not paid for any of those extra hours. I was not told this would be the case. I quit on the spot when I found out that this was normal for them. In the first month I was at the new location about 15 people walked out for the same reason.
