      Fun festival temp work but terrible organisation by management

      Pros

      Temporary summer festival work, so working with people of similar age and saw lots of bands

      Cons

      Awful organisation - lack of checks on staff who were simply not turning up for work yet still getting paid. An 'accident' (almost certain they wanted to avoid paying us) meant that all our bank forms etc got lost, meaning I was delayed payment by at least 2 months.

      free meal and maybe a chance to progress if your lucky

      Cons

      they condone bullying from chefs to anyone they see as dispensable, after you leave/sacked they start their chase to try get money from you saying you was overpaid,
