I have tried to think of one but I can't think of any sorry.

Cons

The way things are run are terrible if you have any problems (mine being short pay of 62 hours) you call helplines and all you are told is 'This is a managers line only' then the phone is put down on you. You approach manager nothing is done so you call helpline 'This is a managers line only' then the phone is put down on you. This is repeated over and over again. I handed my notice in promised pay would be sorted and guess what.......nothing. No one cares.

A ton of opportunities to move up within the company if you have the drive to do so. Good tools for managers to do their jobs correctly.

Cons

On contracts where it was shared (Between FLIK and Eurest) there was a power struggle between the two management teams.

working as team helping to get great food cook by 2 fantastic chef and chatting about football, sing song that remember us about growing up and were we were when it first came out.
