      Pros

      Didn't really have to worry about my manager or supervisors because I almost never saw them. Free food.

      Cons

      Low pay. Repetitive, mind-numbing work. Always found myself wishing I was anywhere else. Totally disorganized. I never knew what location on campus I would be working at until I showed up and asked the manager where she wanted me. Hardly any training, was just thrown in and expected to know how their system worked. Was told to "look like I was busy until close" numerous times because there was so little for me to do. Pretty much a joke of a job.

      If you do your job, you'll be compensated accordingly and rather successful. It's a family oriented business that legitimately cares for their employees.

      Cons

      The company is not as open to technological advances as they could be. There are a few methods that could add efficiency to operations.

      Pros

      International experience makes it good for someone looking to develop their career. It was good. If you put your hand up you can do it.

      Cons

      Matrix structure makes it difficult. Gets very political with people blaming each other and that gets very annoying and not good.
