Pros

Pay, benefits, and advancement possibilities.

Cons

MANAGEMENT!!! And some co-workers. You know the ones who talk more than they work and make a ton of mistakes. They are never spoken to...what's up with that?

Pros

Freedom, the hours were good, the people were good, the customers were good

Cons

No assistance or direction from management, My direct supervisor was very negative and always thought someone was stealing from them, she had me accuse two of my workers when I knew they hadn't done anything. She loved the drama, and she used to take from our unit to add to her unit to make her look better.

Pros

Zero hour contract, can work at loads of places in London and beyond, at some (like Chelsea Stadium) you get good food and tips.

Cons

How good your day is totally depends on who you're working with and this changes daily because they employ so many people. You don't have time to build up a proper relationship with a manager/colleagues very often. Plus just the general cons of waitering.
