      Pros

      Big company which means there will be room to grow. Many different sectors (hospital, school, offices) for you to work in.

      Cons

      Upper management is all about the revenue and profit. There is not a good work culture and they do not care about people

      Good people, relaxed environment , will invest in individuals who demonstrate promise above direct experience, which is great in terms of development opportunities.

      Cons

      Very short sighted in terms of in year focus. Very difficult to establish long term strategies and really embed initiatives.

      Cons

      Promotion is based solely on team performance. If the team fails you fail. Completely unfair if there are people who do not put in as much effort.
