      Bad for people under living wage age

      Free food and 50% discount on anything u couldnt get free. Eg premium drinks Mostly nice people

      Cons

      Bad management Poor pay for workers under 25 Eg 4.75ph for under 18s and 5.9 for over 18s but under the min age for proper min wage to be enforce Laws of over working and breaks not kept. Eg some under 18s were not allowed to break for 30 mins as required when working a certain amount of hours

      Large company with plenty of opportunities to move around the group Direct managers had all worked up to their position so we're experienced and understanding of the work

      Encourage complacency in Position through lack of clarity Though chances to move around, hard to progress to head office from locations
