      Pros

      Management is great. Great experience and autonomy. Room for innovation and rewarded well. Room for growth and promotion. Company is large and you can go on any path you want to if you're willing to put in the time and effort.

      Cons

      The Company doesn't pay as much as other companies do but you will get a lot of experience and leadership skills straight out of college. If you're willing to do the work in the beginning you will love your experience.
