Business Outlook
Pros
I love working here. The company has great benfits and the hours are great. We are located in the Target headquarter building, so we have paid vacation which is really nice. This is highly fast paced so it makes the day go by super fast. This location is only open till 4 so it gives you plenty of time to do other things.
Cons
The managment sucks! This team has gone through so many different supervisors, and when you tell head of managment that things need to get changed they don't listen and turn the other way. Some of team memebers don't pull there wait and are constantly bickering and there is constant drama, and management does not seem to care.
