Pros

Excluding management, workers were amazing to work with. Majority of the people returned every summer because of the workers.

Cons

Management doesn't even pretend to care about the employees. Underpaid supervisors, extremely understaffed because people were quitting from the utter disrespect from management. Often put in situations that set the employees up to fail, then management becomes upset when failure occurs. Favoritism within management, but little to no respect for the workers. Was told by the boss that everyone is replaceable and he has no problem firing anyone. Would not recommend working at the Toronto Zoo location.

Truly incompetent management Always running out of product People just don't show up for their shifts with no consequences No consequences for anything, really Bullying and harassment rampid Place is a madhouse No hope of breaking into hospital jobs as Compass won't allow transfer
