Pros

Occasionally free food, but it was essentially scraps after everyone else finished eating. Can call out for unpaid time off easily

Cons

Horribly corrupt system. Only will be paid well if you come from a wealthy background and have a degree to back yourself. Management is also incompetent and inept. You will only succeed if you are willing to overwork yourself and threaten to leave

Pros

Perx reward card but very little perks for employee's apart from meals on duty.

Cons

Bad management. Lots of HR issues. No proactive effort to tackle ongoing issues. Lots of sick calls and staff lateness I had to cover lots of shifts. Good employees leave as result of bad employees behaviour being tolerated.
