      The pay was dismal. Always short staffed so we were expected to work 16 hour doubles with no breaks because the shifts overlapped. Regional manager walked in one day and called me a a derogatory name.

      Pros

      The pay is fair compared to working for sole proprietors and the set schedule makes it easy to plan things outside of work.

      Cons

      Little to no overtime depending on the account you work at. Some accounts can be very strict and restrictive to employees who want to grow their skills and talents.

      Pros

      I can not find any pros for working for this company. No training or career development. Is promised in interview but does not exist.

      Cons

      Working above your job role and doing two people's roles for extra payment or recognition in anyway. Management will only promote friends and family they have brought in the business.
