Pros

Good part-time work for those who are students, graduates or looking for something long-term, as you can work when you want.

Cons

Unfortunately, the staffing and management outwardly let their favouritism out when it comes to booking certain locations to work as when you raise this issue to them they balantly ignore you, Also the way management speaks to hospitality staff is unacceptable at times.

Pros

Hours are mon-fri day shifts so work life balance is great. Staff are friendly and managers are nice and understanding.

Cons

Area managers can be annoying when dictating what they think is right but have no clue how some things work. Communication can sometimes be poor between managers and supervisors/staff as the workload for a manager is too much in my opinion.
