Promotion opportunities are abundant Overtime availability is abundant Generally good management and HR

Cons

Accounts are subsidized by Clients and Clients have more control over management decisions than is reasonable. Generally very high turnover for Salary positions Hourly Sous are expected to make ~3% more a year than Salaried while working less hours
