      Fun for a bit but no chance of progression. Incompetent or apathetic management.

      Pros

      Flexible with my hours, especially around a death in the family.

      Cons

      Was promised a promotion that I later found out through another employee had no chance of happening. Constantly understaffed and overworked on busiest days of the year while overstaffed and fighting for hours during quiet periods. No thought to scheduling or staff wellbeing.
