My supervisor was definitely weird. I had eight years plus experience and still got hired at the base rate. Then they wanted to promote me to a position that at a different location in the same city they got paid a dollar more but they only wanted to give $.50 extra. The supervisor was extremely strict. He never hired anybody which strung out the Work amongst a very small team, over working and underpaying. He wanted you to work minimum seven days a week, which was just absurd. He would test you to always ask you to come in and see what you would say… Some peoples life does not revolve around Work , Work is not life for everybody.
