      Pros

      I established a personality within my own skills that I could truly identify with... and that helped build the character that I have today. The opportunity this job provided allowed me to hone my skills and continue to grow and mold me into who I am today.

      Cons

      Sometimes there was a lack of communication between the managers and the kitchen staff. It is unavoidable, but still frustrating on both ends.

      As a chef it is great to not work 70-75 a week & have a life.Very easy work

      Cons

      Manager that lied about my pay rate.Never pays me for the hours I do when i'm the only 1 that does the major cleaning
