The minimum of food provisions: coffee, sparkling water, beer, snacks, catering once a week Staff are friendly

Cons

There is little diversity - a very white tech culture. And employees seem judged based on the amount they talk and mingle with leadership than on the quality of their work. Not sure if the company stands out in any good way.

- New ideas, no matter how small, never go unnoticed. Employees are promoted and celebrated for their accomplishments - Unlimited PTO actually means unlimited PTO - Leadership is open to new ideas, so if you are smart and hungry, you will be able to add awesome projects to you resume - Goals are established and measured in a very effective manner, so you are always clear what's expected of you, which targets you need to hit, and what path to success looks like.

Cons

- Not really a con, but maybe it's time to consider moving to a larger office
