Pros
Coworkers are phenomenal and helping clients reintegrate into the community is amazing.
Cons
New Management has no idea how to ethically run community corrections. The new management talks a good game and makes you feel like you're working for a great company only to find out that there is nobody in upper management who is willing to support their staff ir clients. Key upper management themselves have been placed on administrative leave more than once since the new ownership took over less than one year ago. Key leaders are put on admin leave when the company continues to force out or fire people who actually know how the system should work, none of it makes sense.
