Benefits: This company is highly focused on shareholder interests, so employee benefits are often at stake. For example, they put a very high bar on bonus distribution, and the budget-level bonus is rarely distributed. In 2022, a large market's sales achievement was ~90%, but the company only gave 50% of the annual bonus to the employees of this market.
Career development: any dream of developing your career in this company is luxurious.
