Excellent welcoming, kind culture. The Sr Leadership is extremely supportive. The mission is compelling. Compensation is competitive. The strategic vision of the company is strong. They also really support a solid work/life balance. Some areas are overloaded and could use additional resources but generally, it is a great place to work

Some elements of how business is done based on the corporate direction are not conducive to efficiency or effectiveness

Good Canteen and coffee machine

Cons

Poor Management, who have been there too long and need fresh eyes and some good leadership, too many people leaving and the same poor management staying in Quality, and no development unless you are with the in crowd which means lots of sucking up and the management love especially the senior side of Quality.
