Pros

Allows for autonomy, hire great people. Faster to respond to market than other very large corporations. Better than average vacation policy due to Danish origin.

Cons

Rigid in pay structure, not recognizing monetarily important initiatives that don't have a KPI. Little room for advancement in Canada, and no clinical support and other supportive roles that other companies tend to have. Since being aligned with the US in 2017 and not with other Coloplast medical divisions, the Canadian culture and market differences don't seem as important.

Pros

Truly a great culture, great healthcare benefits, they send out surveys to learn what they can do better and they act on it.

Cons

Not the most modern systems at times. The office is beautiful, but not conducive to work. Lots of wasted space and then lots of open-concept areas with desks too close together which is distracting.
