Awesome and helpful colleagues, high ambition level and high level of skills amongst colleagues, great purpose, international company, good salary in Global HQ, excellent leadership programme and skill development, possibility to grow. It used to be the best place to work under the leadership of the previous CEO who had an authentic and people-focused leadership style.

Cons

The most scary thing is not a leadership team that makes mistakes or has flaws. The most scary thing is a leadership team that is blindly convinced that they are diverse, empowering, innovative and inclusive and loves to talk about it but doesn't actually manage to implement it in the organisation. There is a culture of fear of failure and an accountability with the regular employee and middle management without him/her being empowered to succeed - processes are so tangled up in hierarchies that no one can actually make a change without in the end having the executive leadership team involved in the details and decisions. That's also why innovation becomes a buzzword in Coloplast and not an actual action because innovation requires agility (not just in the top), inspiration and trust.
