Very accepting of work from home schedules if position allows and manager approves.

Culture of finding fault (bullying) instead of resolving or creating solutions. Technology is a known to insufficiently communicate with each other and cause many process glitches. Many manual processes requested of contracts professionals unrelated to standard contract management (reviewing, redlining, negotiation and implementation). Company just posted a large restructuring whereas they are sending jobs overseas in these departments: Customer Service, Contracts Administration, Accounts Receivable and Data Operations.
