Great people, great purpose, few but very toxic managers

Between colleagues there’s a great spirit And the said purpose to help people with intimacies need is great

Cons

Beyond all the Danish nice and friendly behaviour - sooner or later - you will one day meet a toxic manager, that will back talk and back stab you. There are few, but they are allowed to act like this, and promoted up high eg VP/SVP/EVP and suddenly you job quality - and career - is destroyed.

Cons

Pride themselves on caring about the patient . Care little about employees. Power trips in certain roles of the company . Managers w no backbone, training is sub par. Unclear Messages from both sides. Retaliation. Discriminatory, unethical. Do not practice what they preach
