Good products, 28 days annual leave, company car, private healthcare

Cons

WC has awful culture, don’t value staff. No career progression, only those who have nicknames or are in the clique get promoted. Re-jig job specs so it only fits the person SLT want. Feels like HR are oblivious as when issues have been drawn to them it falls on deaf ears. One rule for one, another rule for someone else. Poor pay.

Company culture is amazing, there is always something to do but in my experience everyone recognizes that a healthy balance must exist between work and life.

Cons

It is not the most diverse place however it seemed to me that Coloplast takes their initiatives towards diversity in the workplace more serious than other companies.
