-Fun work environment, quality people around you who enjoy happy hours, + company planned event -Great building location and desk/meeting room set up, not a cubicle feeling -Nice cafeteria + seating, gym + locker room, and large parking lot -Hybrid work model, solid PTO offering (15 days accruing + 3 floating holidays, as new employee) -Care about personal and career development, opportunity to move up or move departments

Cons

-Can be boring or uneventful, very corporate feeling -Onboarding initiatives were sometimes uncertain -Computer software technology could be improved, needs investment initiatives (towards better/more efficient programs, utilizing AI, etc.)

Supportive and friendly staff, very good introduction to the company. I’ve been made to feel so welcome, with lots of encouragement. Coloplast offers great benefits to all employees, they value their staff and strive for sustainability.
