Pros

Innovative products- marketing is great! It is a nice building and i enjoyed my peers. You can learn alot because you wear alot of hats.

Cons

Its too lean and you don't have departments that help each other. If you are introverted you are basically ignored. My peer works closely with the field and prefers that much better. Inside of corporate, if you are a woman, you arent going anywhere! You will be criticized and kept down. No coaching happens from above. Guys, this is the place for you for sure, you can do anything you want and get promoted time over time, especially if you arent American.

There is a relatively flat hierarchical structure - innovation is celebrated, as long as you don't need outside support. The work is challenging and ever changing. Lots of opportunities to learn.

Cons

There is a disconnect between the Danish management and what is needed in the US. Most of the management is Danish and only in the US for 1-3 year stints, and with the leadership changes come the expected shifts in direction. A shortage in staff and resources across all teams - expect to work long hours. There is little respect for work-life balance.
