Pros
I loved working for Coloplast. It was a challenge to learn the ins & outs of each of the products I was carrying and who would benefit most. There is always something to learn and each day presents new challenges. Great learning experience. I had a great manager and enjoyed their support throughout my time at Coloplast.
Cons
Surprising layoffs and a global change in a questionable direction. My customers weren't happy about the changes and I fear they will go to a competitor. I'm sure they have a plan to make the company better and maintain or improve customer satisfaction but it all seems very tenuous at the moment. The training leaves much to be desired. They seemed to be on the right track toward changing that before my layoff. I hope they continue to improve this area.
