Pros

Various benefits like health insurance - aviva plus others which can be picked by in company portal every year

Cons

I had a very negative experience working at this company, primarily due to poor and toxic leadership. The leadership team, especially in the HR department, seems more interested in covering up and protecting senior leaders rather than addressing issues that employees face. One of the most disturbing experiences I had was witnessing violent behavior from a team leader. Additionally, the temporary lady manager/supervisor in charge was nothing short of toxic. It was clear that her actions were being shielded by her higher-ups. The way employees were treated was shocking. I saw things that made me realize I could not stay in that environment any longer. I decided to leave, knowing that it was having a severe impact on my mental health. HR did reach out to me, asking if I wanted to return, but I declined. They even offered a private meeting outside of work, which I refused. Based on what I had heard from other employees, I felt that the managers were protected and could act without consequence. Many complaints were filed, from the Head of HR all the way down, but they were quickly brushed aside and disappeared. The management team was largely inexperienced, which made things worse. The temporary lady manager often showed two different faces—being friendly when speaking with native English speakers, but treating others, especially those with poorer English, rudely and disrespectfully. This environment was damaging and toxic, and it took me time to recover mentally before I could move on to a new job. I would strongly advise anyone considering working here to think twice. It was a deeply unhealthy and stressful place to work, and I want to stay as far away from this company as possible.

Pros

- Great purpose and rich history of the company - Great facilities - café in the office and numerous places to sit and work and the canteen offers a variety of food

Cons

Working here has been challenging due to a micromanaging environment. My manager frequently changes project directions, dismisses feedback, and controls every detail. Despite acknowledging this behavior once, this person continues to take over tasks and then complains when I step back. This person also inquires about my interactions with team members, creating a lack of trust and autonomy. When I confronted this person, they laughed and lied instead of having a mature conversation. I resigned because no one deserves to be treated this way. This manager is clearly struggling with the transition to the role of a leader and is taking their insecurities out on employees.
