Challenging Work Environment with Limited Growth Opportunities

Coloplast does offer a collaborative work environment and there is some focus on innovation.

Cons

The high-paced environment can be overwhelming and is not suitable for everyone as engineers can be overworked at times. Workloads are often excessively heavy, and the project timelines are unreasonably demanding. The work-life balance is not as advertised, no remote or hybrid workmode options is given at an engineering level, and the company culture can sometimes feel exclusive rather than inclusive. Little opportunity for rewards and out of office team events, as budgets are limited.
