Pros

Because it is a medium size company that has a new growth strategy (rather than a turnaround strategy as it was), there are many opportunities to take on new challenges and jobs especially if you are a 'go getter'.

Cons

I don't recommend it to people who like very large, structured hierachy or dislike change. It does change a lot and sometimes pretty fast. You need to be up for change - adapt and move on.

constant change in leadership. No stability or commitment to a strategy. Micro-management out of Denmark. Very small market share. Lack of understanding of the US healthcare market.

Pros

The company offers good flexibity with working hours. you can start your day in office upto 9 AM, if come 5 min late to office half day for sure and can leave office after completing 9 hours in evening whenever. Very good monitory system in there your all in or out are recorded. This allows for a healthy work life balance :)
