Highly ethical company. Really cares about their employees and growth. Great collaboration with teams and leadership takes direct feedback very seriously.

Cons

European work style. Denmark or Global has tight control on systems, decisions, etc. There is autonomy, but not what is needed to change the game within a region. Also, career opportunities are fairly limited.

Company principles are for marketing. Manipulative co workers: make sure to keep written copies of important communications. With the exception of some employees, most lay around because they're unhirable elsewhere. Antiquated systems and processes governance across functions. Quickly flattening learning curve if you're starting your career. Great place to vegetate or wait retirement. Lower remuneration packages compared to peers. Unsustainable business model, imminent technologies and competition disrupting core cash cow.
