Regional co-workers that are hard-working / loyal employees.

Cons

Micro-management. In-experienced upper management that is egotistical and unethical in requests to meet goals. Quota totally unrealistic. Position is presented to you with "guaranteed compensation" that you will never receive. 24hr/7 day per wk job having to drop everything to meet your customers needs which are not appreciated, but expected. Base salary is an insult for what is required of you. Clueless to reality in healthcare!

Pros

Lot's of divisions all over the world, if you are into moving a lot or a world traveler. Products help people.

Cons

Very internally focused and zero diversity in management. More energy spent on internal communication and upper level back patting than employee or customer focus. Coloplast no longer walks the talk. It lacks quality or adequate IT infrastructure. The company seems if it could actually start robbing the coins from the vending machine as a revenue or cost cutting scheme. Employees and Customers have paid the price for the high profitability this company enjoys, not innovation.

Pros

Great products that provide consumers better quality of life, nice people, good work/life balance. Good location, nice office environment.

Cons

Company views their worldwide business through Danish lenses - if if works in Denmark it'll work elsewhere. Very myopic approach, stifles creativity and ability to provide solutions. Much of management are from HQ while doing a "check the box" rotation - may not be invested in long-term. Culture is very hierarchical.
