While Coloplast has strong market share in many of their markets, tons of market share acquisition opportunity in several others, including Urology Care markets. Very values focused, I have yet to encounter a questionable decision.

Cons

The cons are related to the realities of working for a subsidiary. The Danish influence is not bad it is just the fact that this is not headquarters. The North America business is a very important part of the Coloplast strategy which is good so we get attention when we want it.
