Pros

Regarding the social part : Good workplace atmosphere, friendly colleagues and good relationship with manager. Regarding the work part : interesting missions, mainly in collaboration with Coloplast Head quarter in Danemark

Cons

Few initatives possible locally, everything as to be validated from the HQ. Restriction in the web marketing channels due to French Health regulatory laws.

Pros

Nice building, nice location, great furniture in lobby. Pretty solid cafeteria. Rewarding work that helps people who need it.

Cons

Management (Director level and above) seem to care less about anyone below them. It's a rat race to keep from being the next one in the target. Management don't seem to value work:life balance and if you work for someone who doesn't have a family, good luck on being allowed to enjoy yours.
