This company creates innovative products that change people's lives. The work environment is positive. Management is supportive and encourages growth within their employees.

Cons

Internal data systems could use an update. Improvements in systems management for daily work can take long periods of time since changes need to be consistent with global systems. Opportunity for global business travel is not readily available for mid level employees.

Pros

Innovative Company that focuses on the needs of the end user. I've seen programs change over time based on clinician and consumer needs as well, which shows they really live their vision and values. Great campus in Minneapolis with onsite cafeteria and fitness center. Experience working with global colleagues, mainly from Denmark, but other subsidiaries as well.

Cons

Some of the executive leadership changes can initially be frustrating as often colleagues from Denmark are brought over and the time to train can take longer than expected. Although, it does give the opportunity for outside knowledge and idea to keep from becoming stale with our internal approach.

After being employed at other company's, Coloplast is just a step above the rest. The most innovative company I have been apart of. Always looking to put the Consumer first. Great benefit package, with great values and respect to all employees working in the company.

Cons

With Coloplast being a global company, getting answers at times can be difficult. But overall not to bad.
