Experience is totally different from what you would expect a normal "non-consulting" business.

- Salesforce is live in 29 countries and solutioning for the system is really challenging and fun - Not support only role (like normal non consultancies have) - Highly diverse. 80% of my team members are from different parts of the world. - Salary for Salesforce technical team is competitive (though not as much as consultancies) - Relaxed work environment and hours

-Hike is average 2% - Little more focus on people wellbeing along with project wellbeing is needed.
