Upper management does not value hard work and do not reward loyalty. The Danes are just trying to achieve high profit margins. There is a disconnect between the unrealistic goals drafted by upper management in DK and the reality on the ground in the US. The direct result is alieanated and disenfranchised US employees (except for the Danes working in the US) and a company slowly loosing it's grip on the small market share that they currently hold.

HR department have bullying complaints raised and it transpires that they do not support equality at all because the little people never win against the big people which are the senior leaders. HR see the bullying and harassment and if it’s a senior leader they simply find a way for the little people to be moved on and out the company. They are never held accountable for their bad behaviour. This company lives in the shadow of great leaders and people that are no longer in the business with the exception of a few brilliant people that remain. Clicky and bias, new managers that employ friends groups that gossip. Senior leaders have no idea what the teams think of new management as they don’t even give you the time of day to say hello. Even the manager doesn’t make eye contact with anyone other than his friends.
