      While the organization is diverse and well-resourced, my experience within the team was less positive. Team collaboration was limited, with most colleagues focused on their individual tasks and little support or communication across the group. It was often difficult to get assistance or constructive feedback, which impacted my work satisfaction and motivation. I felt my concerns were rarely addressed, making it challenging to grow or contribute effectively.
