I worked with some great coworkers and pay was OK

Cons

Management was horrible. They only cared about their bonuses. At the end of the month/quarter, they made us work over time/Saturdays/Sundays to make the ship date. No regards for employees and their families.

Unfortunately, bigger roles are not available in PR because of the nature of the aerospace industry. This is not unique from Collins Aerospace, it’s just that customers like to have bigger roles and support colocated in the mainland.
